The service we provide is fast and efficient
We simply require your authorization to access your Personal Tax Summary from the IRD and your approval to act as your Tax Agent. We also need your full name, address, IRD number and some other essential details. You provide this to us by simply completing our on-line application from. Once you are linked to our agency, the IRD may send you a notification letter advising that we have been appointed as your tax agent to act on your behalf.
Once you give us this authority, we are able to access your tax and income records along with any other information that may impact on your refund assessment directly from the IRD. We use this information to perform a series of calculations to determine whether you have paid too much tax and whether you are entitled to any valuable tax rebates. We ensure that you get the biggest possible refund.
The IRD require that all refunds for our clients are paid into our secure Trust Account. We charge a fee for our service and deduct this fee from the gross refund and then transfer the balance of the refund to your nominated bank account, (or posting you a cheque if no bank account is provided).
You don’t need to sign up with us again next year as we will automatically assess your tax at the end of each year and ensure that you always get the biggest possible tax refund each and every year. You will need to notify us if any of your personal details change or if you receive any income other than wages or salary.
Once you complete the application from, we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund and generally we get that refund to you within 10 working days.
